Dear Werner Associates:
Werner Co. is committed to conducting business in a way that promotes ethical behavior
and legal compliance. We also must continue to promote a work environment that fosters
mutual respect, openness and individual integrity. Our conduct must mirror these
standards.
Today more than ever before, companies are scrutinized to ensure that organizational
conduct is honest and ethical. Please take this opportunity to read Werner’s Code of
Business Conduct, which can be found on our Company Intranet, on our website at
www.wernerladder.com or posted on our Company’s bulletin boards. It must guide our
actions as representatives of our Company. Each of us is responsible for learning and
complying with the policies, laws and regulations that apply to our job responsibilities
and related activities.
As a reminder for all of us, upholding our values is one of our primary responsibilities as
a Werner employee. If you know or have reason to believe there has been a violation of
Werner’s Code of Business Conduct, or if you are pressured to do anything unethical,
you must report the incident. You can take your concern to your supervisor, to the
Company’s General Counsel or anonymously to the EthicsPoint Hotline, an independent
